Welcome to The Mohun (hereinafter referred to as "the Game" or "the Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your rights and obligations when using the official website (mohun.club) and related game services. Please read these Terms carefully before use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

I. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the website, logging into the game, or making a top-up, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. VII. Virtual Content and Currency

Virtual currency (e.g., Yuan Bao), virtual items, monthly card benefits, and other virtual content in the Game are digital content we license to you for in-game use. They have no real-world monetary value. You do not own such virtual content. We may adjust, modify, or terminate its functionality or effect in accordance with these Terms or operational needs.

VIII. Payment and Top-Up

8.1 Top-Up Channels: The Service provides top-up through third-party payment channels such as Payssion (USD) and PayPal (SGD) to obtain in-game virtual currency or monthly card benefits. Actual options are subject to what is displayed on the official website or in-game.

8.2 Nature of Transactions: Top-ups are voluntary support/consumption. Once a transaction is completed, the amount paid is deemed support for the Service. Virtual currency or benefits will be credited according to system rules, either immediately or within a reasonable time.

8.3 Refund Policy: Due to the nature of virtual goods, we generally do not accept refund requests except in the following cases:

• Duplicate charges or failed crediting due to system error, verified to be true
• Our fault resulting in your inability to use purchased virtual content, with no other means of compensation

If you believe your case qualifies, please submit a request through "Contact Us" within a reasonable period after the transaction, with proof and explanation. We will review each case and respond within a reasonable time.

8.4 Third-Party Payment: Top-up transactions are processed by Payssion, PayPal, and other third parties. You must comply with each service's terms. We do not store your complete payment information. For disputes involving the payment provider, please contact that third party directly.

IX. Service Changes and Termination

We may suspend, modify, or terminate the Service or parts thereof due to operational needs, legal requirements, or force majeure. If we terminate the Service and this affects your purchased virtual content, we will announce our handling approach within reasonable scope. You may also stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

X. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully satisfactory service. We are not liable for damages arising from network conditions, equipment failure, third-party service interruption, force majeure, or your own conduct.

XI. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or diminution in value of virtual content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the dispute.

XII. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between you and us, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation first. If consensus cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the matter shall be handled in accordance with the "Governing Law and Jurisdiction" section below, unless otherwise required by law.

XIII. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court of Taiwan as the court of first instance.

XIV. Amendment of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on the official website and take effect upon publication or the effective date specified in the notice. If revisions materially affect your rights (e.g., payment or refund policy changes), we will notify you through appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
